Create a subscription #
- If you haven’t already done so, sign up for a Brik account. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link provided to confirm your account.
- Log in to Brik. You will be directed to a checkout page where you can select a plan.
- Fill out your payment information. If someone gave you a promo code to use, make sure you apply it here.
- Submit your payment. You will see a confirmation message for several seconds and then be redirected back to Brik.
Cancel a subscription #
Go to Settings -> Billing. Stripe, our payment processor, will send you an email with a link to a billing portal where you can cancel your plan.
Renew a subscription #
Subscriptions automatically renew, but if you’ve cancelled your plan and want to resubscribe, you can do so in one of two ways, depending on the status of your account.
Your subscription has been cancelled, but you still have access to Brik until the end of the billing period #
Go to Settings -> Billing. Stripe, our payment processor, will send you an email with a link to a billing portal where you can resubscribe.
Your subscription has been cancelled and you no longer have access to Brik #
While you aren’t able to access any platform features, you can still log in to the Brik app. When you log in, you will be directed to a checkout page where you can select a plan.
Change payment method #
Go to Settings -> Billing. Stripe, our payment processor, will send you an email with a link to a billing portal where you can update your payment method.
